I've become an avid tea drinker in the last year or so because coffee tends to give me heartburn. It's been a fun journey exploring new teas and flavors I had no idea existed. I've come across a few brands I would love to share with you!

Yogi Tea
This brand is one of my favorites because the variety and flavors never disappoint. Plus they're more on the "healthier" side of the spectrum. I find these in the organic section of stores, but I have also found them in the regular tea section. On the price scale, this brand is a little above average - but worth it!
Not only do you get the amazing health benefits from their brews, you get an inspiring message on the tea tag. My wonderful sister gifted me a variety tea box of these and I've been saving the quotes on the side of my work computer. Some of them are:
"Your potential self is infinite." "Celebrate your successes and failures; both required great courage."
"The only constant is change."
I won't keep spoiling the great messages from Yogi - go get some for yourself!
Celestial Seasonings

The Celestial tea brand is also well known for their cute bear mascot - you know... the "Sleepytime Bear." I have always been drawn to this brand because of the price point, variety of flavors, and great taste! These teas can be found in the regular isle for tea and coffee at your local grocery store. Last year I found out they make special holiday teas and I was obsessed! I went directly to their site and ordered a case (not realizing it was basically a double order, LOL). I also love this brand because of the home-sweet-home feeling I get from their artwork. Although these tea bags have no tags, the box they come in are accompanied by heart warming quotes and some facts for you to learn related to the flavor or brand. I loved the fact they are based out of Boulder, CO.

Herbalife
You may have or may not have heard of Herbalife. This is a multi-level marketing company that provides a wide range of science-backed, top of the line products, including meal replacement protein shakes, teas, aloes, nutritional supplements, sports hydration, and much more! (I've done my share of MLM companies...you can read more on that here.)

I have at least one Herbalife tea a day, sometimes two. I enjoy mixing the metabolic tea with different flavors from other brands of tea described in this post. One of my favorites, I named, Fields of Gold, implements Yogi Honey & Lavender Stress Relief tea with strawberry, mango, and raspberry flavors. Nice and refreshing, for sure!
When it comes to pricing, Herbalife can be spendy, but I feel like the conveniece of the tea packets, the metabolic boost for weight management, and great quality of a product is what keeps me hooked on these daily. You can save money and get rewarded when you become a preferred member and/or distributor. Check out more here: https://abbyluke.goherbalife.com/Catalog/Home/Index/en-us
Teecino
Teecino brand was introduced to me from my aunt!! She was thrilled to share this coffee/caffiene alternative with me. The Teecino is a delicious coffee-like blend of organic herbs including chicory (digestion support), carob (weight management), dandelion (liver support), or ramón seeds (antioxidant). Addittional fruits and nuts are roasted to add flavor and ground to brew how you prefer - like coffee or steep like tea. There are multiple health benefits including soluable fiber, potassium, antioxidants, acid free, prebiotic, and more! I ordered a sample pack of the nut flavors and of the best seller. I enjoyed the bold flavors, smooth taste, and that warmness in my soul. I also added almond milk, regular milk, or Coffee Mate creamer to add a bit of that milky-smoothness. PS: The coolest thing I've learned as well by visiting my favorite tea brand websites, is that you can get so creative with tea-flavored infused recipes in baking and cooking! Feel free to share with me your favorite teas, flavors, and concotions!
